Very good cuisine and very friendly service! The ambience is also nice and the selection of wine and food is really good! It's a shame that it is so incredibly loud in this vaulted cellar. Unfortunately, you can hardly talk to each other without hearing all the conversations at the neighboring tables. With improved acoustics, smooth 5 stars

Food was very good. Service also TOP very nice lady. Our dog was also well looked after. The boss himself is ONLY busy with regular guests. What a shame. That seems very arrogant to me. We'll be back, we don't need the boss 😀.

This veteran is one of Heilbronn's best eateries, the käsespätzle are very recommendable, I can't remember having had such good ones outside again. One of the best restaurants in Heilbronn for years. The sauerbraten is incredibly delicious. The service is great. The food is good home-style on a high level. Side dishes such as potato salad, spaetzle or French fries round off the side dishes.

On the way home from South Tyrol we made a stopover in Heilbronn and ate in the Ratskeller that evening. A great restaurant, nice, well-kept ambience, super attentive and friendly staff and very tasty food. We found it particularly nice that the head of the house, Rainer Mosthaf, greets the guests briefly, very nicely and unobtrusively. All in all a fantastic evening, thank you very much!

The food is good to very good with a normal variety of choices on the menu. A very big point of criticism is the extremely long waiting time for drinks and food (sometimes more than 15 minutes waiting time for a soda).

Super nice host, who greets the guests personally and runs his restaurant with passion. Friendly staff who respond to individual requests. Good fresh food with a weekly changing menu. Just great.

Nice outside area with large umbrellas, comfortable chairs. Very good cuisine, extremely attentive service. The boss showed himself several times at each table. Great wine selection. The Lemberger from their own vineyard was a good recommendation. High but reasonable price level. Reservation strongly recommended. I would love to come back anytime and I was very satisfied.

A wonderful evening in the square in front of the town hall. The food and drinks from the Ratskeller we liked it very much. The service mainly in person of Renate and the very nice boss have contributed their share. The wine list is impressive. I had the Heilbronner favorite dish and as an appetizer the antipasti dish. Can only recommend both. Absolutely reserve, as the seats are very popular.

Excellent. We feel well and Mega were happy. Food was fine, service was great and we did not have to wait long. The only reason for four stars is price. Otherwise it is worth a recommendation.

Four of us had dinner here last night - in two words: excellent and recommended! A beautiful room and patio in a perfect location in Heilbronn, on the main square. Our food was super German bistro fare, not cheap but good value. Good local wine list. The very best part was the service - competent, professional and friendly on the part of everyone, and superb on the part of our principal server - she was strong, smart, engaging, caring and very competent, a pleasure to dine with.
